Without a doubt it is best to use fish and seaweed emulsion. Which ever brand you can get. Your toms will get everything in their proper dose, they will not get overdose on nitrogen as tends to happen with liquid fert. They also get naturally occurring amino acids to boost production.

There is no “best” hydroponic system. They all work by feeding nutrient-enriched water periodically to plant roots, and factors like your water supply, the nutrients you add, your watering frequency, type and size of plants, light and climate will all have a larger affect than the actual hydroponic system you use. Hydroponics is just a way of delivering nutrients to the plant, and nothing more. For many people hydroponic gardening is more difficult to do successfully than using good quality potting soil and conventional fertilizers.
