Question by k_erdahl: how do i grow hydroponic tomatoes and green beans? (getting them started and harvesting them)?
i want to grow a hyrdoponic tomatoes- can i just take a “storage container” that you would get at wal-mart or k-mart and put water into it and set the plant in a little slit on top of the “container”? some ppl say yes and others say you need to have water constinatly flowing.
the “container” is like a ‘storage’, big, container not a small little one
i have NO CLUE how to grow hydroponic green beans… do i start them out in a little like yogurt container or how do i get it started and growing? how do i harvest them? i dont have a single clue!

You do need to have a pump or an aerator because the plant’s roots need oxygen. I’ve included some sites to help you get started with what you need…
