This is a Ebb and Flow system that is chained together with smaller trays, grow containers all in Ebb and Flow. As the first tray fills the overflow feeds feeds the next below it and the process is repeated until the water returns to the fish.

@saeidmomtahan Hi Thank you for the kind words. Aquaponics is easy to do and if you want to eat fish you can use a rapid growing fish like Tilapia or perch. The hydroponic systems can be irrigated with the water from the fish and the fish can also be harvested for food. Aquaponics is eco-friendly and a win win situation. Feed the fish the fish feeds the plants and the plants remove the ammonia from the water as it is converted to a nitrate that can be used for the plants to grow. Thank you

That’s awesome dude
the best set up up ive ever seen! it’s amazing dude!
Inspiring, as I tread carefully in and about my Subteranean Garden, I need all the help I can get….thus far I am still in the “dirt” mode but am amazed at Indoor Photosynthesis by Electronic means….Peppers and Lettuce rising whilst Chives watch from the balcony laughing merrily at my humble attempts.
@hydrocultivater Thank you for the kind words. My system is ever changing and the only thing that remains the same is that I use the fish water to irrigate everything in there. I also use a seaweed extract to supply trace minerals for the plants & keep the fish safe.
All of the grow containers are bio filters converting the fish effluent to a nitrogen the plants can use to grow. The ebb&flow is one of my favorites because the root zone oxygen gets replaced every cycle and the plants love it.
You have an impressive hydroponics system right there! A combination of aquaponics and ebb and flow hydroponics system, very innovative. I am very impressed on how you were able to set up such a well-balanced system. I can see that your plants our growing so well and it’s probably because of the sufficient flow of nutrients that your plants are getting. Any challenges that you encountered in building and maintaining this system?
Very well balanced bro! Im surprised!
Don’t you have a problem with algae having that water exposed to light?
Looks really nice btw.
I love it!
