Does thinking of food laced with toxic pesticides and synthetic compounds kill your appetite? That’s what industrial food production has brought to our tables – food that is hampering our health and creating havoc with the environment. It’s time to make an informed decision and switch to organic and eco-friendly food options.
Increased awareness about the benefits of organic food has already escalated consumer demand not only in the west but also in the worldwide marketplace.
In this video Daniel Vincent Kelley details how to build an aeroponics garden. Aeroponic Grow Systems are said to grow food 10x faster than growing food in soil. Below is a link to an Amazon Store where I’ve compiled a list of all the necessary parts to build an aeroponics garden. Since completing the video I made an addition to my setup in the form of a third row of spray jets down the middle of the bin. I also lowered my spray jets in the bin a bit to widen out the spray of the jets, I did this by cutting each of the legs down a bit. I decided how much to lower it by running the system to fill the tubing, to maximize the pressure from the jets, then took an approximate measure of how high the jets were spraying above the ceiling of the bin. It got my floor a bit wet to remove the top while the spray jets were on, but a quick mop job took care of that. I also came to the conclusion that I needed to run the power cord for the pump through a hole in the top of the bin, to keep the lid on tight, thus keep the bin from leaking. Additionally I added a layer of silicon caulking to the rim of the bin top. Here’s the parts list on page 1 of my Amazon stores Aeroponics Garden section, the rest of the pages in that section are seeds you might consider growing in your aeroponics garden. astore.amazon.com The link below is the system from where I derived most of my parts list. I simplified their setup by going with a submersible pump thus eliminated any need to put holes in my bin … Video Rating: 5 / 5
This is a DIY video to build a 35 min repeat timer with 50 second intervals for Aeroponic and Hydroponic applications. This video will show you what timer and tools you need and how to construct it in a very easy to do simple way. I have done 1000′s of these and other aero projects that I will upload later on so please subscribe! If you don’t want to build it your self, visit GrowColt.com or www.ebay.com/sch/chirocolt45/m.html to purchase one cheap from me. Hope you all enjoy!
The Grow Maxx PRO, 12 Bucket Aeroponic system is the next level of serious plant production! We uped the ante with this bad boy! 6 Foot tall plants or more are no problem. Video Rating: 4 / 5
After about 1 year of research, reading and talking with other growers, I finally decided to put the knowledge to work and built my first cloner. The goal with everything I am doing is to find better ways to be sustainable, good for the planet, and ultimately have some fun and eat some great raw foods! Please excuse the horrible quality, still need to get a better recorder Video Rating: 5 / 5
I've been a "hobby gardener" for years. I'm getting ready to set up a family-size hydroponic garden on the back porch. I put this blog together as a handy reference. Hope you like it.
